Global Quality Process Development Manager

Your role
BUFAB is in an expansion phase which places extremely high demands on our quality and delivery precision. As our Global Quality Process Development Manager you will be developing, structuring and coordinating our global quality work based on set goals and strategies. You will be responsible for the development of our quality processes based on finding, defining and documenting Best Practices within the Group. You will be leading internal projects, be responsible for our Internal Audits program and ensuring that our management system is kept up to date. Your responsibilities also include continuous improvement of our processes and systems in order for us to be able to meet customer expectations in the best possible way.

Main responsibilities
• Drive business, process and system quality development globally
• Project management
• Internal Audits
• Digitalisation

Your role as expert will be based on an overall approach, and you will be working in close collaboration with our Quality Managers in our companies in Europe, North America and Asia, reporting to the Group’s Global Quality Director. Your work includes continuously reporting and presenting status reports regarding quality issues and development projects.

Location: You may be based at one of our Centres of Excellence, i.e. in Sweden, The Netherlands, England, France or Poland.

Your educational background should include degree studies together with a number of years of relevant professional experience in an international industrial or service group. You should have very good experience of working with business development, project management, and change management. Any knowledge and previous experience of Lean and Six Sigma will be considered as an advantage. You are fluent in spoken and written English.

As a person you are self-motivated, business-driven and results-oriented and able to balance these qualities while at the same time being process-oriented, careful and well-structured. You are good at understanding the “big picture”, and you have the pedagogical ability to break down strategic business aims into concrete goals in order to ensure results. You will be working at different organizational levels in an international context, which requires very good communicative and social skills and the ability to create good relationships.
