Trelleborg Sealing Profiles is now looking for a Sales and Marketing Director to develop and manage all Sales and Marketing activities, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Nordic business.
Responsibilities We expect you to take the full sales responibility for the Nordic market, including all sales and market related activities for our products and solutions. You will also have a Pan European responsibility for a number of a Key Accounts within selected Market segments. Besides being a constructive member of the European senior management, you are to further develop your 9 direct reports and your Sales and Customer Support Team across the Nordic countries.
Your professional profile - Solid experience of Sales and Marketing management, preferably in a custom manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of delivering profitable growth - Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development - Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans - Innovative and able to identify new ways of adding value to customers - Results oriented with a focus on prioritizing issues which impact on business performance - Experience of leadership in a multicultural environment - Knowledge of construction/building industry is an advantage - Work experience in an international and strong intercultural work environment - Fluent in English - Professional academic degree with technical and/or commercial/business

The position is located in Sweden Värnamo and the role requires extensive travel (approx. 60-80 days) mainly within the Nordic countries.
