Business Controller Sweden and Norway

We search for a Business Controller Sweden & Norway with a strong focus on modernization.

Your role
Act as controller, located in Burseryd, and take responsibility for the financial work at Signode Industrial Group AB and Norsk Signode AS which includes:

· Compile and report monthly, quarterly- and yearly financial statements
· Coordinate finance reports for the area of responsibility
· Plan, manage and follow up the budget process
· Responsible for profitability analysis, financial investigations and investment documentation
· Support with tools for analyses and proactive work in rest of the organization
· Oversee, maintain and continuously improve the production as well as the sales controlling
· Responsible for verify customer´s ability to pay and their limits
· Responsible for finance team
· Keep updated on and comply with relevant laws and regulations
· Business partner to leaders (both sales and production) in the region, demonstrates sound business judgment and contributes to the strategic direction and provides leadership to the business
· Assures and supervises compliance with Signode Industrial Group financial and general policies
· Coordinates and supports internal and external audits. Is responsible that we pass these audits with success

Your profile
We are looking for a self-driven high potential with a very distinctive and steep learning curve. You are able to quickly get an overall picture; set up a plan, prioritize and solve problems. You have a problem solving and root cause identification skills and ambition. Ability of vertical movement between strategic thinking down to hands on execution. Strong motivation, team working skills and proven leadership skills.

To manage the position you need to have a Masters/bachelor within finance, minimum 5 years financial experience within an international sales and production environment. Detailed knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles are a must and ideally knowledge of US-GAAP. You are fluent Swedish and English – German is a plus. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and strong ERP affinity.
